Dr. Christopher Browne is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon at Advanced Orthopedics of Oklahoma. He joined the practice, then Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center, in 2001. After receiving his undergraduate degree at The University of Notre Dame and medical degree from The University of Kansas School of Medicine, Dr. Browne went on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery from the same institution.
After residency, Dr. Browne completed a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction from the Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California. He currently specializes in hip and knee replacement. Over the last 24 years, Dr. Browne has performed over 17,000 of these procedures.
Dr. Browne works to consistently provide the latest technological improvements in replacement surgery for his patients, including robotic surgery and advanced pain control. He believes that with each new advancement, his patients can achieve the best outcome and greater satisfaction.
Dr. Browne’s greatest joy is loving and taking care of his wife and 2 daughters along with his dog.
