Dr. Bradley Lawson is a fellowship-trained orthopedic sports medicine specialist who is also board-certified in orthopedic surgery. His expertise includes a wide range of general bone, joint, and muscle problems as well as sports medicine and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Lawson earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio before completing his general surgery internship at the Wright Patterson USAF Medical Center in Ohio and his orthopedic surgery residency at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Lawson’s medical career initially started in the U.S. Air Force, where he served both as a General Medical Officer and as an orthopedic surgeon for a total of 16 years. He completed additional subspecialty training in orthopedic sports medicine after his military commitment through a fellowship at Plancher Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in New York City.
Dr. Lawson lives with his wife and four children in Owasso. He enjoys spending time with his family riding bikes, watching movies, playing sports, and playing with their dog, a black Labrador retriever. Dr. Lawson also serves as a team doctor for Collinsville Public Schools.
